^{^}These Terms & Conditions govern the Grow Community ‘It takes a village: Starting your dream dental practice’ webinar Competition (the “Competition”) being conducted by Grow Management Pty Ltd ABN 55617707212. Entry to the competition is open only to Grow Community ‘It takes a village: Starting your dream dental practice’ webinar on the 21^st of August 2024. To participate in the Competition, eligible persons must complete and submit the contact form on https://growcommunity.com.au/webinar-august2024. Only one entry per person is permitted. The Competition is open from 31^st July 2024 – 21^st August 2024 Sydney time AEST, and entries outsides this period will not be accepted. The winner will be determined by random draw conducted by Grow Management. There must be a minimum of 10 entries for the prize to be awarded. The prize is a coffee machine (valued at AUD$160). The winner will be notified via email on 28^th August 2024 and contacted on the contact details provided to confirm delivery of their prize. The prize must be taken as offered and is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or other goods and services. The prize must be claimed within 10 working days of notification to the winner. Grow Management reserves the right to withdraw the Competitions at any time without reason or notification. Personal information provided in connection with the Competition will be dealt with in accordance with Grow Management’s Privacy Policy which can be located at https://growcommunity.com.au/privacy.
