Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Grow Community, operated by Grow Management Pty Ltd ACN [617 707 212] (“Grow”, "we", or “us”). By becoming a member of the Grow Community, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this document (the “Grow Community Terms”). The Grow Community Terms may be amended or updated by Grow from time to time, subject to Grow giving you prior written notice. If you do not agree to any of these Grow Community Terms, or any amendments/updates notified to you, you must cease using your Grow Community membership and must notify us that you wish to terminate your membership. By agreeing to become a member of the Grow Community, you also accept our Privacy Policy which sets out how we may use personal information provided to us.

Grow will provide members of the Grow Community with access to certain member benefits from time to time, including certain exclusive member benefits offered to Grow Community by our Grow Community network partners (“Partners"). Member benefits are provided at the discretion of Grow and its Partners and are subject to change.

Membership is open to individuals who are permanent resident of Australia meet any of the following criteria:

• Registered Specialist or General Dentist
• Dental Technician
• Dental Prosthetist
• Oral Health Therapist
• Dental Practice Manager
• Dental Student
  

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when you apply for Grow Membership. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or Grow has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Grow has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future access to the Grow Community. Granting of membership to the Grow Community is at the discretion of Grow and membership can be terminated/revoked at any time.

Membership fees apply to become a Grow member, irrespective of your Membership type. You will only be charged if you meet the Membership eligibility criteria and your application for membership is accepted. The membership fee quoted will be exclusive of GST. We may change the Membership fee at any time, but changes will apply only to new Memberships. The Membership fee is not refundable.

Promotional codes may be available from time to time to discount the one-off joining fee.

As a Grow Member, you are entitled to the benefits that pertain to your particular Membership type. Certain Membership types and/or complimentary periods of Membership may exclude certain benefits.

Grow has the right to add, modify or eliminate any benefit or service at any time at our discretion. Grow does not guarantee the availability of any of its benefits and they are all subject to change at any time without notice.

You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time by providing Grow with 14 days’ notice. If you cancel your membership, joining fees will not be refunded under any circumstances. Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@growcommunity.com.au.

Grow may also cancel your membership at any time and for any reason, but if we do so for reasons other than your breach of the Grow Community Terms we will provide a refund of any membership fees paid.

Upon cancellation of your membership cancellation you will automatically be unsubscribed from any Member-only communications.

Members agree to receive Grow Community communications, including newsletters, event updates, and other relevant information. Members may opt-out of certain communications if desired.

As a Grow Community member, you consent to receive communications from Grow electronically. Grow will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on any private member access sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS text messages, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Grow and its partners to your phone number.

Communications from Grow and our partners may include but are not limited to operational communications relating to your membership, updates concerning new and existing member benefits and occasional Membership or other promotions offered by Grow and its partners.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

Our Partners are third party organisations, and are not a part of Grow . While Grow may offer and market to you certain goods, services and/or products of our Partners (“Partner Products”), if you utilise those Partner Products they will be provided to you directly by the relevant Partner supplier and that supply will be subject to the relevant Partner’s applicable terms and conditions and policies. Fees and charges may also apply. You should seek your own legal, financial and tax advice before deciding to use any Partner Products. Neither Grow nor Credabl accepts any responsibility or liability in relation to your use of any Partner Products.

Any notices or communications by us will be provided to the email address provided by you which is associated with your membership. Any notices or communications by you to Grow should be delivered by email to the following address: info@growcommunity.com.au
